One thing that I noticed as the common thread that runs through less than successful organizations, clients, performers, and individual's personal lives is lack of confidence. This happens to be something that I know a ton about as I grew up with practically none. But, as I changed professions and learned a varied set of skills that included coach training, I started seeing this thread clearer and clearer.
So, now I want to take what I have learned and applied to my own life and spread it as far and wide as possible.
